Review access and controlsCan a consultant review contractor evidence without full workspace access?
Use assigned site access, supported role permissions and selected client views. The workspace owner remains responsible for the scope and records granted to each person.
How does an inspection observation stay accountable?
Keep the observation with its site, date, supporting evidence, responsible owner and next action. The reviewer then checks the response before changing its status.
Does NIYAM approve construction quality?
No. It records evidence and review decisions. Inspection judgement, certification, measurements and client acceptance remain with the authorised professionals.
Can cost records be restricted?
Yes. Role and site access determine supported internal views, while client reports expose only the information deliberately selected for sharing.
Can the client see open issues in a report?
Yes, when the team includes the reviewed issue and next action in the selected report. Hidden photos and internal costs remain outside the client view.
Can an assistant summarise missing evidence?
A connected assistant can prepare source-linked findings where supported. A reviewer checks access, omissions and wording before a proposed action is saved or shared.
