Review access and controlsCan I start with a fitout that is already running?
Yes. Add the current site, remaining milestones and responsible people. Start recording from an agreed date, then bring in the older records you need. Your team reviews opening stock and money balances before relying on them.
Can we organise work by room?
Name milestones and tasks for your rooms or work areas, attach photos and assign the next action. Palm Residence uses living-room and kitchen carpentry followed by finishes and snags.
How do client changes stay separate from our expenses?
Record the proposed change, obtain the required approval, then track its invoice and receipts. The demo’s ₹12,000 fittings change has ₹8,000 received and ₹4,000 still due. Installer bills and reimbursements remain internal records.
Will clients see supplier bills or our margins?
Client access is scoped to the assigned project and explicitly shared information. Review a report before sharing it. The client view does not expose the internal expense ledger.
Does it replace design software or require AI?
No. Keep your design tools and use NIYAM for site execution. All core workflows have a manual path. Connected assistance needs setup and the appropriate access; people review proposed changes.
What happens before handover?
Resolve remaining tasks and snags, review the final report and obtain the required manager and client decisions before closure. These demo screens show work in progress, not a completed or certified fitout.
