Review access and controlsCan we begin with one active site?
Yes. Add its current milestones and lead, then record the next day’s work. Agree an opening date and check existing stock, outstanding bills and client balances before carrying them into the workspace.
How does the daily record reach the office?
Supervisors record tasks, attendance, materials and evidence against the site and date. The DPR brings that context together for review, with required approvals handled by the authorised people.
Can we see stock without calling the storekeeper?
See recorded receipts, usage and balances by site. In Lakeview, 100 cement bags were received and 36 used, leaving 64. Your team still checks the physical stock and records any supported correction.
Are payments the same as site expenses?
No. A bill records a cost; a payment records money paid. Lakeview’s ₹18,000 mason bill has ₹6,000 paid and ₹12,000 due. A personally paid ₹600 delivery is tracked separately for reimbursement.
Does NIYAM certify work or run payroll?
No. It keeps the operational records and approval trail. Engineers and authorised reviewers remain responsible for measurements, quality and certification; payroll compliance and full accounting stay in the tools you use for those jobs.
Can we use ChatGPT or Codex with our team?
Explore the Agentic Stack and connection guides to agree access and the supported workflow. ChatGPT currently needs assisted setup. Codex and general internal-agent demonstrations are not yet qualified. Manual site work remains available.
