NIYAM coordinates project records. It does not design plant systems, replace procurement ERP, validate engineering tolerances, control equipment or certify testing and commissioning.
Review access and controlsCan we track installation packages separately?
Yes. Use sites, milestones, work areas and assigned tasks to retain package context. Horizon focuses on the pump bay and north pipe-rack actions within one project record.
Does NIYAM replace our EPC or procurement system?
No. Keep engineering, procurement, scheduling and enterprise accounting systems. NIYAM provides an operational field record and review trail for supported workflows.
Can a task be blocked by a technical decision?
Record the observation, owner, evidence and next action. The Horizon access conflict remains visible, but the qualified project team makes and records the technical decision.
How are equipment-support movements shown?
Horizon records 24 support sets received and 16 used, leaving eight recorded for verification. NIYAM does not confirm specification, condition or engineering suitability.
Can vendor bills be linked to project evidence?
Bills, payments and review history remain in project context. The ₹120,000 installer balance is separate from the client-side platform-support change and its collection record.
Does the report certify commissioning readiness?
No. It presents reviewed operational records and open items. Engineers, consultants, clients and authorities retain testing, commissioning and acceptance responsibility.
